Xbox Headset sets a new standard at $99

Xbox is one of the main brands within the gaming industry, particularly after the Xbox X’s next-gen console launch. The Microsoft-owned organization has recently launched the Xbox Wireless Headset in 30 markets.

Also, it is something every fan has been waiting around for a long moment. If you are a big Xbox fan, then you can find the new Xbox Wireless Headset and use it along with your Xbox collection X|S, Xbox One, Windows 10 PCs, and mobile phones.

The newly launched headsets can be paired simultaneously with your phone via Bluetooth & Xbox console. With dual beamforming microphone elements, the headset will differentiate between speech and other sounds and provide users with clear sound, voice isolation tuning, and a toggled auto-mute feature.

According to Xbox, the wireless headset will offer 4 hours of battery life in just 30 minutes of charging and 15 hours of battery life with 3 hours of charging time. There are a USB Type-C port and an internal lithium-ion battery. They have a response range of 20Hz to 20,000Hz. It weighs 312 grams.

The mic of the Xbox Wireless Headset has a bendable boom design and an LED indicator that helps you know if the mic is on or off. The headset has various buttons such as the mute button, power/pair button, a dial on the left earcup for game/ chat balance, and a dial on the right earcup for controlling the volume. The newly launched Xbox Wireless Headset can be used on any of the supportive devices, including the Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Windows 10 PCs, and mobile devices. The headset is priced at $99.99 in the US, which is approximately Rs 7,300 in India.

Release date

The Xbox Wireless Headset has been already launched in 30 markets around the globe.
According to the official site of Xbox India, the wireless headset will hit the Indian market on October 5, 2021.

The official Xbox Wire post reads: “We embraced spatial sound processing by including custom audio hardware to offload audio processing from the CPU, dramatically improving the accessibility, quality, and performance of these experiences.”
